Make sure you don't have the battery in upside down. The large outside case of a button cell is the +positive side.

I tried to change the F6 battery, but after putting all together I'm haveing a spare part. It's a small clip of the same metal that keeps the case toghetner. Do you have any idea where I could try to put...

The Polar watches are not designed to be taken apart. It is a common misconception to think of them as watches and not mini computers.

The best case scenario is too send your watch and clip into a Polar Authorized Service center. Polar headquarters are in Finland and their should be a close center for you in Oslo.

Visit www.polar.fi to find your local service center.

Another thing, when you change the battery yourself the watch loses it's seal and is not watertight anymore. Polar uses a special vaccum chamber to repressurize the seal to maintain watertightness.

Hi there, simple question but its driving me crazy but how do I change the time on my Polar F6???

Simple: from the default time screen. Push either of the right side buttons until you see settings.

From settings: Choose Watch.

From watch choose time set.
