Driver for e-binocam in Windows Vista won't work

I have Windows Vista and am trying to install a "DIGITECH" 4 in 1 (eB1030) Digital Camera Binoculars. The software disc is labeled "e-BinoCam. The problem I am having is that when I try to install this I get the message "Unable to read version information from the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Ulead Systems\Ulead photo Explorer 7.0\Pex.exe. Insufficient memory or system resources low." I have tried several times uninstalling and reinstalling. I cannot believe that I have Insufficient memory or low system resources. This is a Gateway m-series laptop 64 bit 3 gig ram and 268 gig hard drive computer new in August of last year. I tried to open the driver for this right from the CD but windows says it cannot find the driver. I am unable to find the driver on line. Can anyone PLEASE HELP ME figure out how to get this working or know of where I can download the driver?

I was just on the Digitech website looking to purchase a digital binocular camera and saw that they (advertise) state their equipment will NOT work with Vista.
sorry I couldn't provide a better solution for you.

The drivers that came with capture view 8x22 binocular camera doesn't work with Windows vista.

That's no surprise. Try to find the drivers from the manufacturer's site.
Or you can try Vista's general drivers for imaging devices.

The Brookstone digital camera binoculars are aka Celestron VistaPix 10x25. The drivers for Win98, Win2K, WinME and WinXP can be found at:

http://downloads.celestron.com/index.php?subdir=filedownloads%2Fdrivers%2Fvistapix%2Fvistapix_drivers_72202%2FDriver&sortby=name

I used the XP driver on my Vista Ultimate and it worked. Download the zip file, extract it somewhere you can remember. Plug in the camera and direct the windows driver installation to the "WIN XP" folder that you just unzipped. Happy hunting!
