Looking for Canon 1023if Firmware
This is a problem because only a certified Canon Tech has access to this software. He also is the only one who can get the Service Support tool software to reinstall the software. You must use the tech to clear this problem.

Need software hdd for3300/3320i and bootram software
im a canon Tech,
you need a program to reload the new firware and only canon techs have it its pretty complicated to do if you have never done it before.
you can try and do a search for service support tool, that is the program you use to upload the new firmware but even if you had the service tool you would not be able to get the firmware, only canon techs have it, either get to know a canon tech your mates with or just ring canon service and get a tech to do it.

are you talking about the username and password to login to the canon tech support page @ support.cusa.canon.com? If so, this is for certified technicians only. I would NEVER give my personal info for this, but, if you present me with your problem I will get you the answer you need. I am very familiar with the ir7105.
