You may not be able to. Windows CE is a very small Windows operating system. That is, there are just basic components used to run your laptop.

Yes. But Vista is full of problems. I suggest you use XP instead. Some computer manufacturers now offer XP for a small surcharge because they recognize that Vista is a lousy Operating system.

The drivers you are using are not supported by Windows Vista so you need to get the latest version of drivers which will suite to vista (vista compatible drivers)

download 6020 cable modem drivers from http://europe.nokia.com/A4144316 (yeah, no modem drivers for 6070). then go to device manager and update modem drivers to downloaded one.. that only will do.
