I have a blinking operation (red) light and timer (green) light which flashes 3 times. There is also a code 03 where the temp is normally displayed. Air conditioner model AWT14LSAZ (indoor unit) does
I have tried turning off the main power supply to no avail.
Before doing anything else, power down the main circuit breaker, so to power down each unit and reset the electronics in the whole system. If all units have gone down at the same time, this will often solve the problem.

I have one of these units and it has had its fair share of troubles, but great when it is working. My latest issue is the the flap on the indoor unit doesn't open!
This generally works for me. Pull out the isolator outside on the wall or disconnect at the breaker. Leave for a couple of hours. Reconnect and wait 15 minutes. If you are connecting via the isolator you will hear relays clicking and solenoids rattling as the unit goes through a Self Test procedure, then try normal operation.
These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. Use downwards force to relieve tension on the spring clips holding that front panel on.
Video how to:
Once yall have the front panel removed yall will notice the motor has a green blinking light on it. The motor blinks on and off all the time It blinks faster when running. That is normalment mon ami. If it ain't acting right it will display flashes:
1 flash bad motor 2 flashes slipping belt 3 flashes corrupted software bad motor 4 flashes failed mode shift circuit 5 flashes little green men (bad motor) 6 flashes locked motor check for objects between tub 7 flashes bad lidswitch. 8 flashes motor overheated too much soap 9 flashes brake resister is toast bad motor.
To Reset the Inverter Board: Push the timer knob in so the washer is idle. Unplug the machine for one minute. Plug back in and raise and lower the lid six times within 12 seconds.
After resetting the inverter board, put the machine in a spin cycle and see if it runs. If not, check for a green blinking light on the inverter board. It will flash failure codes according to the picture above. If no light you probably have a blown fuse built into the neutral side of the harness on the white/red wire. Service manual and more HERE
Hello, I try to help. But your questions not spesific. Below are conditions lamp indicators that appear blinking and solutions (for samsung) :
1. If Timer and Lamp blinking --> Auto timer on/off was been set, picture will appear ~ 25 second. 2. If Timer and Standby/Temp blinking --> A cooling fan inside the set is not operating properly. 3. If Lamp and Standby/Temp blinking --> The lamp cover on the rear of the set is not installed properly.

If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty.
It is a Fujitsu Inverter
