I have Sylvania LC32SS9 I first called comcast that was no help. I have tried 4 or 5 remotes & still none work. I called the mgf of the remotes still no help. Has anyone gotten one to work! HELP

Unable to program my comcast cable universal remote.
I had the same issue with other devices and found out that the remote requires 5 digits instead of 4, so you need to add some digit at the beginning of the code. A lot of times it's 1, but sometimes is 2 or 3. Try the same codes listed on comcast's page, but entering a one before entering each of the codes. If that still doesn't work then try the number two and three and so on.
