DCR-HC42 doesnt work with batteries

is you charger working?if you have background in eletronics you may use the multimeter and see if the required voltage is present.
if the voltage(required written on your adapter) is present,make sure the cable is correctly connect and then if the problem persist you can change the battery(get a new or put another from your friend to see the real problem)

i have a problem with my sony dcr-sr47 camcorder it wont charge the battery camera works fine with power supply any solutions.

ccd doesnt good

this problem is by the DD board of the camcorder their is a power ic in the DD board,which provides the supply to the camcorder.

My LCD touch screen not function suddenly.After some days later totaly not display the LCD.But view finder has working Properly.

A C31:40 error indicates that the drum (the spinning video head) is either not spinning or is not supplying a signal to the main computer to tell the computer it is spinning. It could be a bad drum or a loose connection. It will likely take a qualified technician to verify the diagnosis.

the flex wire of the lcd monitor is already cut and already left is on the touch screen that why is functioning ...go the sony service for the replacing flex wire...or to the other service center for fixing the flex wire....

that problem is on the lens assembly...one the two motor is not working properly...sometimes it is a poor connection to the socket of the main board...other is photo sensor of the lens(not the ccd image sensor)or the driver ic of the 2 motor...i suggest you have to go the service center for repairing you camera cause it need to disassemble the camera for doing this....

the connection of the control button of the lcd panel is cut....check the flex wire of the lcd
