find tha right driver of tablet for win7 version. Ok so I called costumer service because mine was doing the same thing. Apparently the pressure sensor in the pen is stuck down. What you do is remove the pen tip with tweezers, blow in the open end of pen, then tap the pen (open end down) in a table to get any debris out of there. Then just put the tip back in and give it a try. That did the trick for me. Hope this helps.

make sure that the driver you installed is the correct driver for your computer operating system. you may have windows 7 but the driver is for windows xp

just pull the pen nibs right out with a pair of tweezers or pliers… Its just a piece of plastic - look at it. You might even find a substitute in your own home

Restarting PS fixes the problem for me. I'm using the latest Wacom driver on graphire4

You may have an issue with the Graphire pen. Try plugging the tablet into another computer and see if the pen does the same thing there. If it behaves the same way on another computer then you need a new pen from Wacom.
