Semi reset 1. While your printer is on.. unplug to
power cable from the printer. 2. Press and hold the "OK" and
"HELP" buttons while you plug the power cable at the back of the
printer. Try these steps to reset your printer to default setting.
Full reset 1. Press & hold " * " key...(asterisk sign) 2. While holding the " * ",
press "#" key and then release both keys..."Enter Special Key Combo"
will be displayed... 3. Press "1", "2" and "3" to display Support... 4 Press
">" right arrow button and release when System Config Menu
appear....then click OK 5. Press arrow key to display Hardware Failure
Status...click OK.... 6. When Hardware Failure Status:Clear appeared,

Cause: The printer's internal unit has malfunctioned.
Solution:
(1) Remove the jammed paper. (Check the paper edge sensor is OFF.)
(2) Press the [OK] key.
(3) Reinstall the printhead.
(4) Turn the power off and on.
If doing this solves you problem then ok or update me the status after doing this.
