The camera takes microSD cards. Open the battery door to uncover the slot.

My aqua wp6800 camera will not download pictures to the computer

Did you try inserting the micro SD card into the PC? You can buy a micro SD to SD adapter then just get an SD to USB drive to easily move files between micro SD and PC assuming the USB cable isn't working for whatever reason

User's manual for svp aqua wp5300 digital waterproof camera

SVP product manuals are available from http://svp-tech.com/download.html . The WP5300 camera manual is in a RAR compressed file. You'll need a tool like WinZip or WinRAR, http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm , (for Windows OS). These tools offer trial use versions for 30-40 days which will allow you to uncompress, read and save the PDF.

I hope this helps.

My SVP Aqua WP5300 camera is difficult to read the instructions. I cannot figure out how to connect it to my computer through the USB connection, or how to install the CD that has come with it. I have a...

I have the same camera and the only way you can do it is by purchasing a micro SD card (4GB should do) and a MicroSD Card reader )I recommend the Kodak R 111). You can buy them online or in a store. It will range between USD 10-30 depending on what you get. You just insert the MicroSD Card into your MacBookPro and you can open it directly from your desktop. I honestly do not know why there is even a USB outlet because it wont work unless the camera is switched on.

Cant get my svp t 100 battery to charge

I ran into a similar problem. After taking my T-100 out of the box, I left it on charge overnight. The specs on this camcorder state it takes 4 hours to fully charge, so it should have been sufficient, however, when I turned the camera on, my battery level on showed two out of three power bars. I checked at the SVP website (www.svpcam.com) and found there was a firmware upgrade available for the battery meter. You can find instructions and a link to the firmware file here: (http://www.svp-tech.com/Instruction%20of%20updating%20firmware.htm)

They don't do a fantastic job of explaining what the patch fixes, but I found the above referenced link titled T-100 battery firmware, and it redirected me to the page for instructions. I followed the instructions (again, just to reiterate - the instructions display as "Instruction (SD card or MMC card)" not "Battery Firmware for T-100" (like it should). After formating my SD card, downloading the file to the SD card, and holding buttons, etc., my battery level indicator shows that I have a full charge.

I've seen dozens of inquiries along the lines of charging the battery and there were no responses. I hope this resolves your problem so you can enjoy such a neat little gadget. We absolutely love ours. Best of luck.
