Toshiba Qosmio X305-Q701 Password changed.

There does not exist any method to reset your password from the keyboard - the option would be to get it done by a Pro who can do it or you can give it a try if you have the experience to open your laptop and do a hardware reset.

Possible that the hardware drivers must be reinstalled . So reset the PC by restoring to an earlier set point. If not it is best to reinstall the OS- operating software and then the hardware drivers.
There is a high possibility that there is virus that had hung the system and so a reinstallation will confirm. If not there is fault on the hardware.

I have a problem, I use dell laptop with Toshiba DVD drive and this annoying message keeps showing (safetly remove hardware). I tried to delete it and reinstall but still not working, dont know what to do...

"safely remove hardware" is a message for an USB device which was plugged in is now finished working and is ready to be removed (un plugged). So click on the safely remove button message and unplug the USB cord (I recommend this as it is configured in your OS) or just ignore the message and unplug it (but it may cause reset or even failure of that usb slot)

Toshiba A70 laptop will not recognize battery

Take the battery out, remove the power cord and hold down the power button for 30 secs. This will reset your hardware settings and might just fix your problem. Plug it all in and give it a try.

Dismantle toshiba motherborad but bios lock problem still exist?

Are you trying to remove the BIOS password on your Toshiba?
If so try this :-

You need to build a hardware device that plugs into the printer port.

Get a 25 pin male D sub connector, and solder various wires
to the pins numbered below. The pins on the connector are numbered 1 to 25
For a picture of this hardware device (dongle) go to :-
http://www.tilman.de/sonstiges/toshiba/dongle1.jpg

Connect these pins together by soldering thin insulated wires to the following pins :-
1-5-10,
2-11,
3-17,
4-12,
6-16,
7-13,
8-14,
9-15
Plug the dongle in the printer port and boot up the laptop, you will then be able to bypass the BIOS password and go into the BIOS to reset/remove the password.

Password

If you are talking about the BIOS password then you are probably out of luck since many Toshiba's use EEPROM password storage which means you can't reset it by removing all power (CMOS Battery). If it is an XP Password look into Samurai Password Removal Tool.
