I have tried plugging it in to the car and to the computer. When it is plugged in, it gives no indication that it is plugged in or charging like it usually does. It will not turn on at all. The only solution I have found on the internet is to reset it, BUT, I cannot find a reset button on it anywhere! I even peeled off the serial number sticker and looked under there, but there is only two little screws. Another solution I read was to remove the battery, which I assume I have to take out the little screws to do, but they are not normal screws, neither a flat or philips tiny screwdriver fits in it! I just moved out of state from MD to FL and I need my GPS to work! I have no idea where I am going lol. Please help!

Hi Kyair06,
You can do a hard reset of your unit by sliding the POWER switch to the ON/OFF position and holding for 10-15 seconds. The manual says 8 seconds, but it won't hurt to do it longer. If everything is ok, it should come back from the dead.
In case you don't have the manual, you can download one here:
http://www.retrevo.com/search/v2/jsp/mytrevo/myTrevo.jsp?page=man
When you get the unit going again, you may want to do a software or firmware update. The Appendix around page 41 will tell you how.
I hope this helps. Let me know if I can be of further assistance. Thanks.
Regards, Bill

Is it possible that the battery is just completely dead? I did buy it in 2011, but have only really used it maybe 15 times since then until 3 weeks ago when I moved to FL.
