I had the monsoon stereo removed in my 2004 pontiac Grand AM and installed a Kenwwod system at best buy. However the system kept jumping from the radio station over to bluetooth and giving me an Audio disconnect message. I found that keeping the headlights and fog lights on prevented it from happening, who would guess? Anyway I got tired of it acting that way and replaced it with an Apine. Now I am having trouble with it acting up. Is there something you have to do when replacing the Moonsoon that I or the Geek Squad doesn't know. This is getting very frustrating as I have had the car back 5 times now and can't get anything to work correctly. Is there a special way that it has to be wired?

sounds like that is the problem i think that you need a special harness go to this website: metraonline.com and look up your vehicle you should be able to find the harness at bestbuy or a car stereo shop not sure how much it could be. May be expensive.....

you could just try disconnecting power overnight and see if it resets then. sometimes pushing reset doesn't always completely clear the memory.
