Error Code: ER

The Problem: There is a membrane switch failure, meaning one of the keys is throwing the wrong signal. This error can also be caused by a stuck key or a key pressed for longer than one minute.
The Fix: Check the keys on the control panel and the wiring between the keypad and main control board. If you cannot identify and fix the issue, replace the keypad. If the error persists, replacing the main control board should fix the issue.

Hi Hulo - Sounds like the dispenser detergent drawer latch may possibly be damaged or broken. Consult a professional to accurately diagnosis the unit and assist with the repairs.

if you go on searsapplainces.com you can see your model and every part and your machine taken apart in each piece
as far as ordering parts try allbrands appliance parts they seem to be cheaper then any other you can also call them and have them look up which part you need

Dispensing issues can usually be sourced to the dispenser valve. Replacement of the valve should solve your issue. ... Hope this helps... Bill

Hi!! tony , yes you have a bad water valve its located on the bottom back of your frig..Replace your water valve..Good luck..
