Gps nuvi it alays say no match found

Every Garmin Nuvi has a map info screen. check to make sure your Garmin has maps
usually that screen is
Tools;
Settings;
map;
mapinfo (at the bottom)

or
Settings;
Map and Vehicle;
My Maps;

If it is greyed out or a blank screen then your garmin is missing its maps. otherwise, make sure the maps are checked and make sure you are searching in the right area. by default the Garmin will search within 50 miles of you.

Active: The active GPS vehicle tracking devices are used to transfer the positioning data real-time to a close range wireless network device, like a phone with a Bluetooth.

How do I track and get gps location on a cell phone for free when all I know is the number?

On an iPhone you have a Free App to download called Find iPhone.
Generally this is used for locating a lost or stolen iPhone, using another iPhone or Computer and with the ability to remotely play a sound to help locate the device or Delete all the Data on that iPhone remotely.
If you have 2 iPhones or more in a family and they share the same Apple ID Account that you use to purchase Apps (through iTunes) and to Manage & Backup your data & Apps. If both iPhones use the same Apple ID & Password then the "Find iPhone" App can be used to check and see the GPS position of the other iPhone on a map.
The tracking is not saveable as a file. Also www.icloud.com can be used to log in and see the location of all devices in the family (on the same Apple Account).
There is also an App called Find Friends that allows you to track friends current location but it does require & request their permission when first used.
You could also get a free App and install it on the other persons iPhone and simply have it running in the background to remember all GPS location data during a period of time. e.g. a "Pedometer" to track a persons movements. You would require access to the iPhone at some point to recover that data by plugging in to a computer using iTunes to recover the location data. Running some GPS Apps in the background will noticeably reduce the battery as all GPS tracking devices do.
Figure out the details by installing the Pedometer or iTrack App on your own phone first.

Lost my phone

If your mobile phone is lost or stolen you can inform your cell phone provider with your IMEI number. Your cell phone provider can then put the serial number on a shared database. This list stops this particular phone from registering on any network and will be useless for anyone even if the mobile phone\'s SIM card is changed.
Your best bet is to ring your cell phone and hope the person who answers your cell phone will return your phone to you. If your cell phone is GPS enabled then it is possible to track, but you need to contact your cell phone service provider. Otherwise I suggest you contact your cell phone provider ASAP. 7200 won't hold full North America upgrades. Can memory be increased?

Try this: Maximize your GPS Memory Your Garmin StreetPilot 7200 has limited storage space for waypoints, routes, and tracks. Once you reach that limit, your GPS can't hold any more data. Smart ExpertGPS users have figured out how to eke out every last bit of memory space on their Garmin GPS receivers. Before each outdoor adventure or visit to a project site, they use ExpertGPS to back up the contents of their GPS, and then clear the GPS data memory. They can then download as much data as possible onto their GPS (leaving some room for GPS data collection out in the field). When they get back, they use ExpertGPS to upload all of their Garmin waypoints, routes, and tracks onto their computer and save it. Once they've backed up the new data from their GPS, they can clear the memory again, keeping their GPS ready for their next trip.

Powers up but then stops with a message

Turn on the Garmin and look for the little wrench. Press the wrench and now find Map. Press Map and look for Mapinfo. Press Mapinfo and verify that there is a check mark next to the Mapsource Map.

If you press Mapinfo and there is nothing, then your Mapsource upgrade did not go through.
