How do I change channels on my Maxon 49-sx

The "Maxon 49-SX" is a single channel transceiver that only operates on 49 MHz FM. The Maxon "49-FX" and "49-HX" operate on 5 adjustable adjustable frequencies. That radio has no channel/frequency options.

How do I change the channel on my T5320 2way radio?

With the radio on press the MENU button. The current channel will begin to flash. Use the + or - button to change the channel while it is flashing. Press the PTT button to lock in your selection.

I am trying to change the channel on my radio, how do I do that?

The CLS1110 is a one channel radio. However the one channel can be changed to another frequency and/or PL code. With the radio turned OFF, hold in the PTT and the MON, while turning the radio on. Continue to hold the PTT and MON until the radio stops making noise. You are then in programming mode and can use the menu button to walk through the stages of programming. Use the PTT to change the settings, and the MENU to lock it in.

It is possible you have the Lock+ feature turned on. Or you have some problem with the way the radio has been programmed. on this radio you have to put the norm and channel 9 switch to normal or up if it is on ch 9 positon it will not change channels.

Cobra microtalk LI 7500 WX

fyi my Cobra microTALK LI7500-WX came out of the box with one of the radios slightly off frequency, limiting range to about 100 ft. I was able to use a counter to fix it. The freq adjust is under the front faceplate that covers and protects the LCD screen, pry it off to expose one tuning pot.

Talk about frequency change

To change channel & code press talk and monitor while turning radio on. Radio will speak current channel. Release both talk and monitor. Press talk to change to next channel or press monitor to keep current channel. Press monitor when desired channel is selected, radio will speak current code. Press talk to change to next code or press monitor to keep current code. Press talk to change code as desired then press monitor when done. Will speak channel and code selected. Set all units in same manner to communicate.
