When i shutdown my laptop and remove my memory to upgrade when i insert a new mem black screen appear when i change to the old memory same black screen what happen? help me please... :(
Sounds to be the bulb has blown in the screen, or maybe the connections have worn out, this happens when closing your laptop lid up and down, replacement would be the answer.
please rate my solution
hope this helps
it is not usually possible to upgrade the graphics card on a laptop. as the graphics chips are on the motherboard. and they do not usually have a graphics card slot.
some (quite recent) laptops have a graphics express slot which does allow for them to be upgraded.
most often you find that laptop graphics chips share mem with the main RAM (allocated) this is controlled in the BIOS(Setup) and it may be possible to increase the allocation of memory there,
but I'm sorry to say for most laptops there is no upgrade (flexibility is traded for portability)
the 5002WLMI does not appear to have a grpahics express slot, however you may be able to increase the mem allocation in the BIOS (as it does use allocateable shared memory)
