I can not add or delete files/songs on my mp3 rca5200
When i add files the message prompt ERROR COPYING FILES, the file you are copying was not exist or used by other program.
when i delete using my computer explorer, on my laptop i deleted the files but when i open it the files or folder i deleted on my pc was still there when i open my pm3
but i can copy files from mp3 to my laptop. my only problem is add and delete files on my mp3.

FIRST OF ALL CHANGE YOUR FILE ATTIBUTES. IT MIGHT BE READ-ONLY. YOU CAN CHECK THE ATTRIBUTES BY RGHT CLICKING ON A PARTICULAR FILE AND GO TO PROPERTIES. NOW UN-TICK THE READ-ONLY ATTRIBUTES AND CLICK OK.
NOW YOUR PROBLEM MUST SOLVED. IF THE PROBLEM STILL EXIST JUST PUT YOUR MEMORY CARD INTO A CARD READER AND THEN YOU CAN ADD OR DELETE SONGS EASILY.
MOST OF PEOPLE USESIS A CARD READER FOR A SPEEDY FILE TRANSFER BETWEEN YOUR MEMORY CARD AND A LAPTOP.

I had the same problem. I had formatted the player's drive using Windows explorer and the got this error: "File Format error" while trying to play any mp3 file.
I went to the command prompt. Deleted all files:
E:\> del *
Then I copied the MP3 files again in the T.sonic MP3 player. All MP3 files played fine after this.
I found the best way to delete your mp3; go to start..find you device in "my computor" it will be a generic drive. right click and go to "format" click and it will prompt you to delete "playlist".."audio" or "music". However it will erase everything on your mp3 and allow new downloads. if you want to save some files; Plug mp3 in usb port..you will get prompt to define which system to play files. I use realplayer. scroll down until you can select "rca (G)" click "view" your mp3 will load and display all songs..you can then select and delete any or all, right click and choose option. To load; choose burn/transfer scrool down on the leftside to rca (G) and you can choose from you music menu ( I suggest making a playlist first to indentfy what songs you prefer, you can always add more from all music menu. add any files that you like until full. depending on song generally about 50 to 65 son on the 512 model. Do not worry about too many songs.. NO harm....they just won't fit.... I hope this help anyone with this problem
You can always reformat it. If you plug the mp3 player into your computer and right click on the icon in the MY COMPUTER window, and click on FORMAT. It should come to a new window and click on start format.
