Broken plastic window

I have a Back to Basics stainless popcorn popper. We love it but the plastic window on the top is broken. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement?

    I have the same popper and the plastic windows is cracked also. I need a replacement window or new top.

I have found the plastic window online at the Back to Basic Company web site.

I ordered two. They were $2.00 each plus shipping.

I just bought mine at Goodwill. You might check there for one, there were several of them in stock.

NO you can't get a replacement window for B2B popper. The current models they make don't even have one at all, and the manufacturer is in denail they ever made it. I know because mine's broken too and they blew me off a couple years ago when i tried. Made me mad

We have a Back To Basics popcorn popper that has a broken piece. The piece is the clear see-through plastic top. Where can we find a new piece?
West Bend took over this company and no longer provides plastic window replacements. I fixed mine by super gluing the window and attaching a small strip of wood on top of the 2 plastic window pieces with small bolts (super glue pieces so wood can be properly attached because glue alone will not hold up to the heat). Not attractive but it works. (West Bend rep told me windows break because of high heat, but I only used mine over medium heat; I think they break at the spot where the raised lid hits the gear mechanism holder.)

I received a Back to Basics popcorn popper for free, with 1 problem. It's missing some kind of bolt that holds the metal spinner, the one that stirs the oil and the kernels around, to the long metal piece...
Hey you know it's a great popcorn maker and I have one it's an old fashioned way of cooking popcorn you know they only cost about 20 bucks I suggest you just buy another one and enjoy it

I have two of your popcorn makers and lost instructions on the amounts of ingrediients. I need to know how much corn, oil and salt to put in aluminum popper thank yhou
The manual says to put 1 to 3 tablespoons of oil in the popper, and when hot, add 1/2 cup popcorn. Salt it after dumping the popped corn into a bowl.

Apparently West Bend bought all that company, and they do not list a replacement plastic window.

The plastic window on my stainless steel stovetop popper broke right under the middle screw, so I went to the hardware store and got a big nylon washer and put it under the screw. It ain't pretty, but it hold the little window up...

No instructions but wanting to know where do you put in the butter for the back to basic stove top popper
The manual says, place butter in cup, hook cup onto the rim of the pan below the "butter cup"marking on the lid, and the butter will melt and drip evenly onto the popcorn as it pops. I haven't tried it; hope it works for you.

Popcorn popper motor base broken
you will need the manufacturer's name, model number of the unit and its serial number. You may contact any appliance repair shop in your area with that information and they should be able to help you. or you could go online to partstown dot com, and order the part directly.
