I think that the bluethoot of your pc or your LG KU990 (Viewty) Has no name. Your bluethoot address have a IP address but for the windows you need to put nthe name. Give your device a name that windows can find and vise versa. Most bluethoot softawe find the phone but sometimes you have to it in a otherway. Remove the item in the profile list of your bluethoot software that you made it for the phone. Now sometimes you have to turn off and on your phone cause there will be a program still running on the background of your phone. So when you want to find your LG KU990 (Viewty) you have to do it vise versa. Find your Pc or Laptop with your LG KU990 (Viewty) in this way the bluethoot will find the address and ask you for a security code. In this case you can make a password. EXAMPLE 1234 or NicKy what ever you want. Then the bluethoot software will setup the modem drivers of your phone so you make an connection with the bluethoot. Sometimes you have to reinstal the drivers to make the software work correctly. I hope this will help you out. Fallow the steps when the drivers will be ready to install. Best regards; Henk Muskita.

Hi, I've explained it on this pagebasicly the puk code has noting todo with your phone, its on the simcard for protection, the pin code when entered 3 times wrong willenable the puk code and block the pin code.

you will need to get the puk code from your service provider and you will be able to change the pin code ones you have the puk.

I had the same problem..soo i went back to the same store where i got it from. and they gave me a new sim card..THEY have to call your network and do all that stuff
