HP Compaq 6720s Sound problems!!!!

Try downloading the latest audio driver from the Compaq WEB site.
You need to download the audio drivers from the Compaq/HP WEB support/download page. Make sure you select your model laptop and the XP or Vista Windows version of the drivers you require and install them. Use this link to download the drivers: -

change the audio and sound device setting in the control panel. try to change the speaker setup

try to download vista drivers for this or go to compatbility to see if that works

go to speaker icon in bottom corner of screen, right click , go to properties, make sure speakers are enabled and volume turned up and speakers are set to default

Download and re-install the audio drivers.

Go 4 setting of audio device in ur laptop.

n check is there 4.1 speaker system is available r not.
Then u can fix ur 4.1 creative to ur laptop.
