Harness clasp broken .need a replacement

Hi there
one half of the front safty harness clasp as broken on my pushchair and needs replacement, as it is second hand i cannot go back to the dealer.

Broken harness

Contact mamas and papas they may be able to help or you could try eBay. You can also get universal harnesses which might be worth a look at.

Design fault on Bebe Confort Viva pushchair

It is a design fault, I have the same problem!
You need to push the clasp as far as you can to one side inside the material, slide your thumb in and feel for the bottom part of the release mecanism and push up, whilst pressing the top part of the release mecanism down through the material. Then once you have that side unclasped, push the clasp all the way to the other side of the material and undo.
It's a pain, but once you get the hand of it it's not too bad. I hope this helps.
