Usually, the length of squash racquet for adults having a length of 27 to 28 inches and you can see the best ones here https://thepickleballpaddle.com/best-squash-racket-reviews/. However, when it comes to kids of 5 to 11 years old then it is suggested to go with a 22 inches racquet. I would suggest you Wilson Blade Junior Squash Racquet if you are willing to get one for your kid.

What's the perfect head size for a tennis racquet?

In summary, a racquet with a larger head size can offer the user a bigger sweet spot and can put a little less strain on the arm. Oversize racquets are particularly good if you are still learning to play or are a complete beginner.

Racquets with a mid-plus head size balance power and control so they can be useful to intermediate players that are working on their technique.

Midsize racquets are usually only useful to extremely seasoned players as the smaller size will add extra strain to the arm. Despite offering the best control, they still need to be wielded properly in order to avoid any injury.

You can usually get information from the staff in the racquet shops about which racquet will be best for your needs, but you can also learn more on blogs like this one tennisracquetcentral.com/

Are there different head sizes for a tennis racket?

there are 3 different head sizes of rackets. here is an explanation of the different sizes from http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/choosing-a-tennis-racquet.html

Over-sized:
Beginners really like the over-sized and even jumbo frames, which offer between 100 and a whopping 140 square inches of strung surface. Such frames give you a larger sweet spot simply because the hitting surface is bigger, and they allow you to hit the ball farther from the heart of the sweet spot and still make a good shot.

Mid-sized: These racquet heads range from 85 to 100 square inches. Most pro players use frames on the low side of mid-sized - between 85 and 95 square inches. Most recreational players gravitate to the high side of mid-sized - between 95 and 100 square inches. Mid-size racquets offer a great compromise between a larger strung surface and sweet spot and a maneuverable frame that lets you generate good racquet speed when you swing.

Standard-sized heads: Ranging from 80 to 85 square inches, standard-size heads are now obsolete. They give you a smaller strung surface and sweet spot, making it more difficult to produce crisp, clean shots.

What kind of cross-training will help my fencing?

Cardiovascular fitness and leg strength is advised, so anything that enhances these will be beneficial. Cycling, swimming, aerobics, and skating are good examples. Running, sprinting, soccer, basketball can also be helpful, although some athletes dislike the stresses they put on the knees. Racquet sports like tennis, badminton, squash, racquetball, and table tennis are also excellent, and will exercise your weapon arm in addition to your legs. Some fencers maintain that juggling improves reactions, hand-eye coordination, and use of peripheral vision. I can tell you for me the best exercise is swimming and tennis.
