I misplaced my instructions for my daughter's crib. I purchased it from Kmart, it is a Heritage 3-in-1 convertible crib. I have tried doing some basic searching for this on Google, Yahoo, and Ask.com. Can someone please post the link for the instructions or manual? It's time to convert to the daybed. Thank you!
I have the manual for this crib if anyone still needs it. Please email me at I will have to scan it and send it as I do not have a link to where it is on the internet but only a hard copy.
Heritage 3 in 1 collection Crib
Model: 07-1248 (white)
Model: 07-1252 (natural)
Starting from crib:
Step 1: Unscrew the rubber washer from the lower drop side track on the left and right front posts.
Step 2: Detach the drop side from the left and right posts by slidingthe upper and lower guides on each end of the drop side down until theyare below the upper and lower drop side track. Once the drop side hitsthe floor, the guides and tracks can be separated from each other.
Step 3: Unscrew and detach the lower and upper drop side tracks from the left and right front posts.
Step 4: If mattress support is not in the lowest position, unscrewmattress support bolts from front and back posts and move to the lowestposition.
Step 5: Using the Allen wrench provided, attach the day bed rail byusing 2 joint connecting bolts and 2 gate pins between the left andright posts
Note from me (picture shows a gate pin (looks like peg) being placed onthe inside and the bolt coming through from the outside in. The joinconnecting bolts are the longer of the bolts that were included withthe crib. (we have extra bolts, if you don't you may need to order)
Step 6: Tighten all screws clockwise
Missing parts?
Does anyone have the conversion kit/toddler daybed rail for Kmart's Heritage Collection 3-in-1 drop-side crib? My mother bought a used Kmart Heritage Collection 3-in-1 drop-side cribs early November 2010 (I just learned today that this crib was recalled two weeks prior to then) and was told that the conversion kit needed to be purchased seperately. The crib has worked fine for my daughter, but it is time for her to be in a toddler bed. Does anyone have the conversion kit/rail for purchase or it's specifications. Does anyone know if a different brand conversion kit would work to make it a toddler bed?
Do you still have instructions, converting to day bed so not concerned with drop railing

To Anyone Who Owns This Crib:
This crib was produced by Victory Land Group located in IL. I am having issues with my drop side and when I contacted the company to report the issue to try to get it fixed I was told that the crib has not been recalled (which it needs to be) but that it was discontinued and that no parts what-so-ever are available to repair any issue with the crib. There is no point in contacting Victory Land Group because they will not respond. I have send 2-3 emails, I have placed 3 calls (twice asking for a manager) and I have put in a complaint through the BBB and the company never responded to anything.
Your best bet is to contact Victory Land Group (so that you can tell the CPSC, BBB, and who ever else you decide to contact that you did call the manufacturer) then contact the Consumer Product Safety Commission to put in a complaint on the unsafe crib, put in a complain through the BBB, as well as contact your local consumer advocates.
Unfortunately Victory Land Group is a terrible company and refuses to get back with anyone, fix any issues with their product even though the issues can become life or death for a child, and they have a "F" rating through the BBB because of poor customer service.
I did the same thingbut in 08 got it from the same place and NOTHING.. its like the crib never was there.. its not on there site ive called and they dont carry it anymore.. do u have the number for there company? if u could send me a message at that would be wonderful. because my daughters base is now Broken..
i bought this crib for my son in 2009 from kmart and have always had problems with the drop bar ..i had to put metal L brakets on the drop bar and side rail to keep the bar in place and now my wife cant put our son in there cause she is too short...i took it to kmart and the response i got was "how do we know you even got it here" and i respond with well cause on this little sticker here on the side it says distributed by kmart! i asked them to replace it and they denied and told me if i didnt leave they would call the police on me!

Like you, I also bought this crib for my daughter. I just called today and found out that this crib has been recalled due to the exact thing you're having a problem with. You need to contact Dorel immediately and give them your product number and they will give you all the information you need for them to send you a replacement kit. I am getting ready to do this right now; Best of luck to you!
