Dear Saleem,
I recommend you upload the file onto your computer. And, then using the software available for free on this website -
http://www.freemake.com/free_video_converter/
- you will be able to convert the file to AVI, or MJPEG. Both the formats can be played on your Camera.
I hope I was able to be of assistance. Kindly give me a thumbs up!
Regards,
Rebel K

You can use a card reader to copy files from your computer to the memory card. Be aware that pictures that were not taken by the same type of camera, or were edited in any way, may not display on the camera.

You may download Sony software from here. Bear in mind that you don't need Sony software in order to use your camera.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.
