Blue Screen I have my dell laptop hooked up to my 211E Polaroid Projector. When I turn on my projector all that shows is a blue screen. Any suggestions on what to do. It did work about 1 month ago, then I went to do my presentation and blue screen began. Any help with this issue would be very much appreciated

You may have inadvertently switched your projector to a different input mode, or the mhz refresh rate, etc., Jon.

Polarview 211e

Go to:

System Preferences (you can get there by clicking on the Apple Menu in the top left corner) -> Displays -> Detect displays

After you click "Detect Displays" your G3 should automatically send the display image to your projector.

I have a sony vpl vw60 projector. When it is turned on it shows only a blue screen. I do hear the DVD playing but only blue is shown on the screen. Not sure of the problem. I do have a replacement bulb...

Check out your output, they all show blue until you hook something up to them, make sure you have it hooked up right. write a post and let me know what you have hooked up to it.

We are using a Dell 2300 projector. The Power

check that you have a signal going out of the monitor socket on your lalptop.

On Dell with projector connected and switched on, press the blue fn button bottom left usually, and while holding, press one marked CRT/LCD, (maybe f8) this will cycle to the following.
laptop only, laptop and monitor, monitor only, while holding Fn button press until you have desired outcome.

hope this helps.

PC connected to projector shows only in Blue

Are you saying that the projection is solid blue? Is it similar to, say, the desktop on the laptop screen? Try moving your mouse off to the right side of the laptop. Did it show up on projector? Exciting! Try dragging stuff over. Damn, this is sweet.

Vertical control of viewing frame needs adjustment.

Did you try going into MENU --> PICTURE --> SIGNAL MODE, and then pressing > to go through all the signal modes? On mine, most of the signal modes split the screen weirdly as you described, but one of them (in my case XGA3, but I'm not using a Mac) looks right.
