Add the correct spelling to dictionary by right-clicking on the correct spelling of your name (Probably Microsoft word underlines it with red) Then select add to dictionary.
99 times out of 100, the password or e-mail address is wrong (old e-mail address? spelling error? missing dot? Lowercase and uppercase wrong?Letter O instead of number 0, etc. etc.) Sometimes an old or wireless keyboard will not register what you actually type and may miss a letter.
As long as you know your correct e-mail address you can rectify this, by clicking "forgot password"..
Select the text you want to spell check, or place the cursor anywhere in the text to spell check the entire document.
Go to the Tools menu.
Select Spelling and Grammar. The Spelling and Grammar window opens, and Word begins spell checking.
View any flagged words or phrases in the upper-left window. Just above this window, you will see the reason Word has flagged this text.
Check the Suggestions window in the lower-left corner of the Spelling and Grammar window for correction suggestions.
Click the Change button to make the suggested correction.
Click Change All if you want all instances of this error corrected within the text that you are spell checking.
Enter your own change if you disagree with the suggested correction (or if there is no suggestion) by placing your cursor in the flagged text window and correcting the text as you would in any Word document.
Click the Change button to implement your correction.
Click Ignore if no correction is needed; click Ignore All to skip all further occurrences of this "misspelling."
Pagemaker 7 will not readily allow Spell checking under Windows 7. To do this you will need to run the Pagemaker application as the Administrator. This can either be by clicking on the right hand mouse botton (right handed persons) while the cursor is on the Pagemaker launch icon either on the desktop, Windows Start up menu or Application Program launch menu and then choosing to run the Application as Administrator. Pagemake launched like this will normally allow spell checking, without the Pagemaker application will return distionary missing or does not support spelling. Disabling account control in Windows 7 before running the Pagemaker, which I do not recommend also achieves this in Windows 7. All the above applies for Windows Vista too!
http://www.spellchecker.net/spellcheck/ I use this when I need to doublecheck my spelling cut/paste your document into the spellchecker; and then paste the correction back into your document
