I had the same problem with my machine, there is nothing you personally can do to fix it. You'll have to find a service tech who can work on it to solve the problem.

If the error goes when you remove the embroidery unit is is likely to be a positioning error when the machine is lost to where the needle is in position to the frame.
There is a problem with the motor. Check your connections of wiring and such to make sure they are secure. The problem might be the brushes or might be the circuit board to the motor. Look for signs of damage or wear on that main circuit board. If found, replace the board. If the problem is not then resolved, you might contact Juki customer support. This is not an inexpensive machine. https://jukiamericas.com/pages/support
The error code means you have a problem with your feed step motor. I have included a link to the owner's manual. Page 31 shows what the error is. On Page 37 it shows you the electrical connections to the main circuit board. Before you go inside, be sure to unplug the machine. Look for the plugs that deal with the feed step motor and ensure they are plugged in properly. Check for dust as well. After that you need to take it to a repair shop. http://videos.jennys-sewing-studio.com/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=16556
we cannot determine anything either as you have not given make model, year as a guide to see what the error code refers to

I have an EM10 that I just bought 2 weeks ago and after doing a defrag it now says the main motor stalled and it is making this horrible sound. I am searching online for parts and I can't find any. I have found that the customer support really sucks for the husqvarna huskystar machine.
