If there is a message on LCD display to "SET THE ADDRESS" the printer will be fitted with a CO AX/Twin Ax Interface
Press CLEAR to CLEAR the error, then enter the menus on the printer and set an address for the Co-Ax/Twin Ax interface, if you are using this the address would need to match the system set up.
If you are not using Co-Ax/Twin Ax set a random address to clear the error.
Perhaps consider removing the interface if you are not using it

My printer is displaying "Print Server Down". How can I fix this error?

this printer has a usb interface can you see an axis 1650 usb to ethernet server box attached to the usb cable that is attached to the printer ?
would check power to the usb to ethernet server box see photo inserted of what it looks like !
Maybe the power has been disconnected or the ac-dc adapter has gone faulty .
If it has power may be try removing power from it for 20 seconds and then re plug in and then test by printing to printer.
check print server has valid ip address.
also check dhcp server on network has not got printer servers ip address in its lease range. check also that printer server's ip address is static and not being set automatically.
if printer server is ip address try going to dos prompt on p.c. and type in ping {ip address of server} eg c:> ping 192.168.0.2
press Enter key
should get a reply 4 times

"Error Correction Mode Off" on lakmark x5650

Error messages can mean a variety of different things. Check the Lexmark website for the meaning of the error message. That is probably the simplest solution.

What is network error (CE 03)

There is something not setup at all on the webpage or setup wrong on the webpage of the copier to allow you to scan to email. Need an IT guy make sure that your SMTP, DNS and reply address are correct on the webpage of the machine.

Solution 1:
========
1. Press the On button to turn the printer off.
2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
3. Remove all the ink cartridges.
4. Wait two minutes.
5. Plug the power cord into the back of the printer.
6. Press the On button to turn the printer on.
7. Install the ink cartridges when prompted.
If the error code does not display, the issue is resolved.

After opening the above webpage, click on "download only" and save the file to your desktop
NOTE: try only ONCE to recover the unit

Perform the below steps from the front panel of the All-in-one.
1. Get the unit into the Support Menu by following the steps below according with the product,Perform the steps from the front panel of the All-in-one.
A. - Press and hold the left arrow key.
B. - Press the Setup key and release both keys.
Display should say Enter Special Key Combo
C. - Press and release the OK button
Display should say Support and display the FW rev (something like R0616R)

2. Press and release the right arrow button until the display says System Configuration Menu.

3. Press and release the OK button.

4. Display should say Hardware failure status. If not there already, Arrow Key over to Hardware failure status,

5. Press and release the OK button.

6. Display should say Hardware failure status: Clear. Press OK to clear.

7. Press and release the OK Button. Message changes to Hardware failure status Cleared. Press Cancel to continue.

8. Press and release the CANCEL button as many times as necessary, so that, either the Welcome to Photosmart Express screen appears, or, the Ink System Failure screen appears. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO PRINT AT THIS STAGE.

9. Using the Power Button, turn the unit OFF and unplug the power cable from back of the printer and wall outlet.

10. Wait 30 seconds for the power to get discharged and then plug the power cable into the wall outlet first and then into the back of the printer

11. Turn the unit on. The printer may display message USE POWER BUTTON TO SHUTDOWN THE PRINTER followed by PRESS OK TO CONTINUE. Press OK. The Printer will start the ONE TIME INK INITIALIZATION PROCESS. Allow this process to complete and do not interrupt. Once the initialization process is complete, the printer will print out a Diagnostic Page.

12. To verify printer functionality print a SELF TEST PAGE. If SELF TEST prints, then printer is ready for use or Software Installation.

13. If the error is still there, or reoccurs the unit need to be serviced.

Eject Error message

I would suspect that the paper path has been changed via the control panel. If you are using continuous paper fed in from the tractor this should be Tractor 1 (unless you have optional tractors).
If the printer shows something like SINGLE on the display, it is for sure that the paper path has been changed.

Disconect the pritner from the computer system, and power the pritner off and ofter 10-15 seconds power the printerback on again.

  • Take the printer off-line by pressing the Online key
  • Press the Setup key
  • Press the key under "Paperway" in the display
  • Select Tractor 1 (or Tractor 2 if fitted/required)
  • Press the key under "Set"

  • If the menu shows as locked power the pritner on holding down SETUP to unlock the menu.

    CF2002 Trouble Scanning to Email

    scan to email can only be setup to work on a internal email server if the email server is external it will not work. also make sure you input the admin email address and the from email address when configuing the machine
