First - re-seat the hard disk and reboot the computer. If the computer does not boot up then reboot and go into the BIOS configuration to see if the BIOS detects the hard drive. If it doesn't detect the hard drive then it could be faulty.
Then the hard drive needs to be replaced in the computer/laptop, Windows installed and the computer or laptop's device drivers plus your programs etc. to get a functioning computer/laptop again.

it may be that the harddrive had broked, or is not properly mounted. Try removing it and then reatach it. what operating sistem do u use ?!
also try booting with a linux live cd and see if it can accesc the hard drive, if it cant, than thatşs u're problem. If it can, than u have to find out what PXE-E61 is (what component), and then test it (i presume is the hard drive or the optical unit)

It appears that you deleted some systems files.
You have been unsuccessful with System repair, then you need to reinstall Windows plus all your device drivers (eg. video, audio,LAN etc.) and your programs. If you don't have these drivers then go to a working computer and download them from the computer's WEB download/support site.
You will most likely lose your data in the process of reinstalling Windows, if you are desparate to recover your data, then remove the hard drive from the computer and connect it to a USB hard drive adapter and connect it to a working computer's USB port, this computer will see it as an external hard drive, you can then copy your data onto a CD or USB memory stick.

you might need to reformat and reinstall the OS for this one... if you want, you can try repairing the OS first using the windows operating system disc and if it doesnt fix it then reformat and reinstall OS...
