The W580i has a central navigation button (Navi key) and two soft keys slightly above this.

1. Press 'Menu' (right softkey).
2. Highlight 'Settings' and press 'Select' (left softkey).
3. Scroll to the 'Connectivity' tab by pressing the Navi key to the right.
4. Scroll to 'Data communication' and press 'Select' (left softkey).
5. Highlight 'Data accounts' and press 'Select' (left softkey).
6. Highlight 'New account' and press 'Add' (left softkey).
7. On the 'Account type' screen, highlight 'PS data' and press 'Select' (left softkey).
8. On the 'Account Name' screen, enter 'giffgaff WAP GPRS', press 'Continue' (left softkey).

36. Highlight 'giffgaff WAP GPRS' and press 'Select' (left softkey).
37. Press the 'back' button (to left of Navi key) 3 times to return to the standby screen.

16. Highlight 'Message server' and press 'Edit' (left softkey), enter http://mmsc.mediamessaging.co.uk:8002' and press 'OK' (left softkey).
17. Highlight 'Internet profile' and press 'Edit' (left softkey), highlight 'giffgaff WAP GPRS' and press 'Select' (left softkey).
18. Select 'Save' (right softkey).
19. Highlight 'giffgaff MMS' and select (left softkey).
20. Press 'back arrow' (key to left of navi key) 5 times, to return to standby screen.


The MMS settings are now complete.

I CAN'T SEND AND RECEIVE MMS MESSAGES

call the company who your sim card is with, and they will give you settings to setup MMS (and internet access if required).

it needs to be setup through them!
