Install Xp on Acer Asprie 5735z

that means the drivers which you had installed is not working properly. u need to download the drivers of audio video & NIC card . check out the site. support.acer-euro.com/drivers/downloads.htm. make sure you have SP3 for XP.

You don't need to update the bios to install Win XP, original was Win Vista, with original bios takes up to 4 gb ram.

kindly go to website of accer and ask customer support person, that is its compatible with xp though it would be try the winxp original CD and load all the driver of its hardware and update the BIOS .It will be available on Accer website for free...Enjoy !!!!!!!!

If you are going to triple boot your computer you need to install XP first, then Vista this will edit the Master Boot Arecord as needed.

first go into device manager and write down exact names of drivers for
AUDIO
DISPLAY
NETWORK
SAVE ANY FILES TO FLASH/MEMORY stick
once you have done this let me know I'll tell you how to runxp

have or can you get a win 95/98 disk...
these disks utilize the dos enviroment...
when you boot with them you can easily get in the dos platform (c://prompt)
once there type in fdisk and follow instructions.
you can also do this from usb ..you need to make usb bootable first.
you may be able to use xp disk and choose repair which will take you to the dos prompt.
you may be able to format hd with vista disk and before it start to install files interrupt it(remove disk)
not advisable though.
