Bosch Dishwasher will not take in water

Have purchased a Bosch Diswasher SGS57E42GB, had it fitted, it didnt work - makes a buzzing noise but does not do anything, was told that the water pressure may be too low, water prssure although not brilliant, now seems okay but dishwasher still doing the same thing. The washing machine next to it is working fine, so I assume water pressure must be okay. Could it still be water pressure or is it something wrong with dishwasher. Any help advice would be greatly appreciated.

Either the pressure is too low, or turned off by accident. Otherwise it could be a faulty inlet valve

Bosch diswasher e15 light

Most likely it is the flood switch trigger causing the problem.
Many reasons for this but mainly it means there could be water leaked into the base of dishwasher where flood switch is located.
Or if you have Aquastop fitted in the water inlet hose then the hose might have kinked due to age or being pressed between cabinet wall and dishwasher. Turn power off to dishwasher at mains plug and pull it out. Check hoses. Tilt it about 20 degrees to one side on a towel and hold for about 10 secs. This should get the water out. Wait an hour or so to dry any moisture in the base and then plug back in and turn on. This should reset the E15 fault.

yes the problem from the heater.

if the sound coming from boiler heater means
1)scaling on the boiler tank(tank to be cleaned).
2)check any loose connection on the heater wire.

Dishwasher problems

No water heater problem. Make sure you are using rinse aid formula and back off the soap to 1/2 of what you were using.
