I presume multi media messages? Maybe phone software issue, the Telco your with isn’t supporting mm or the phone plan doesn’t give mm messages?

For the Pantech, you'll have to take it back to AT&T for them to hook it up to the software/cables to unlock it.

The reason your phone is not coming on and keeps reloading till it dies is because it is having a software problem.

Try to get the appropriate software and cable then you flash your phone.

Make sure you do not load it with too many applications.

Many users of the Pantech phones have been experiencing the same thing. There are a lot of default in this phone. I would suggest you to return it to Pantech and try to get a software upgrade. Although, I would recommend you NOT to use it. Even if the Pantech exchange it for a new one, the same problem will happened in a day or two.

You could try a USB adapter and try to pull your stuff off that way. otherwise it's pretty much gone unless you get a new screen.

Have you tries a Hair Dryer? also you can try burying the phone in some silica gel.
