Retrieving Messages from another location

I just started working as a Clerk for a business that already had the Uniden 900 MHz with no instruction manual. I want to know how to retrieve messages from the telephone from another location.

If your phone carrier has voicemail, you'll have to set up a password to get access. If it's done by the phone itself, there will be a code to press in after the answering machine answers. It needs to be set up from the base unit.
