First problem is for some reason your KMC 3130 crosses over to a Konica Minolta CF3102 and there is no C-0991 code listed for those machines. However, that C-0991 code is a common paper tray lift failure code on Konica MInolta machines.
So I would recommend opening and checking all of your paper trays to make sure nothing is binding them and that the paper is loaded properly.
Then open and close the large front door to reset the code.
If the code comes back then open all of your paper trays and LEAVE them open. Next open and close the front door to reset the code. The copier should now come to "ready to copy"
Then close each paper tray 1 at a time waiting 30 seconds between each tray closing. Once the code pops back up after closing a particular tray then you will know for sure which tray is causing the problem.
You can use the copier by leaving this tray open if need be.
I have hundreds of customers using nothing but non-original toners with no problems. Just stay away from anything that seems way to cheap and you will be fine. Here is a link to a source I use. If you are creative and can set up an account as a service person you can get discounts as well. http://www.precisionroller.com/search.php?q=km1820+toner
this error indicates a problem with the fuser unit.
if you are an end user, you will have to check warranty status with you nearest service agent and have the fuser replaced free or get a quotation if it is out of warranty
