Phone freeze i put in a code so i could use another sim card in my orange phone but it went wrong and now i cant use my phone because it comes up phone freeze everytime i put a sim card in it help!

If the phone displays the message "PHONE FREEZE. SIM UNAVAILABLE PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER" then your phone has got hard locked. You need to unfreeze the phone to get unlocked. PIN CODE is SIM dependenet and not phone dependent

PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times,
This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUK if PIN is blocked...

if you provide PUK code wrongly for 10 times, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM

puk code, personal unlocking key. It is sim card related / specific, if you take the sim card out from the phone, the phone will work with another sim card.

The puk comes up when the pin code has been entered wrong 3 times. To get the puk code for your sim card, you have to call the service provider of that sim card. They are the only ones who can provide you with the right puk code for that sim card.

The puk code may also have came with the documentation of the sim card, if its a prepaid card the puk code comes on the documents or on the box of the product.

if your unable to obtain the puk code, get a new sim card.

also entering the puk code wrong too many times will eventually ruin the sim card forcing you to buy or contact your service provider for a new sim card.

There are no puk code calculators or anything that we can do about it, you can buy premium assistance and you will get this same response. Theres no other solution.

You have to contact the phone service provider of that sim card or replace the sim card.

cellular one and at&t aren't compatible. cellular one is CDMA and AT&T is GSM. you cannot use them...it freezes the phones.

you have entered the pin code wrong 3 times now you are required to enter a puk code to reset the pin code.

The PUK code comes with the SIM card, the code is printed on the plastic card that the SIM card was attached to. If you don't have it only your network service provider can give it to you.
