My HTC P3450 doesn't compatible with windows vista,i m unable to connect this with my laptop.It says i need Windows XP to connect.Plz help to fix this problem.

You need the USB to mini USB cable. Plug it in your phone the mini USB and the USB to pc. For windows vista and 7 the setup will be automatic. For Windows XP you may need to download the active sinc 4.3 from windows mobile web page.

If it is Vista operating system in the computer then it will definite detect on the PC. And if it is Windows XP operating system in oyur computer then you need to installing the software from teh disc that you have got with your htc P3450. Hope it make sense........... Thanx

After installing the appropriate program, connect your phone to the laptop and you would see your phone in My Computer and can copy the data from it and into it.
First of all you need to install the Microsoft ActiveSync (for windows XP) or WIndows Mobile Device Center (for Windows Vista) After that open the Internet Sharing, select USB and click on Connect. Now connect your USB cable to the Laptop, it shall install the drivers automatically, wait for a few minutes and after that you can use the Internet on the laptop via your phone.

if you are using XP,install ACTIVE SYNC 4.5. if you are using VISTA or WINDOWS 7, no need any sync software. plug in the HTC to your laptop. right click on MY COMPUTER and select MANAGE. in the window that appears now, on the left hand side select DEVICE MANAGER. now on the right hand side see if you have any yellow colour icons. if YES,try to update the drivers. if nothing works out, try another PHONE to connect and use your phone to connect to another laptop. atleast this will give some idea as where the problem lies
hi every body if any one want htc p3450 or any htc phone themes you can go to www.htcformus.com and wwhen you install the themes what you have to do is to put it in the windows folder but dont open it just put it in the windows folder and then closse the folder and go to the setting then go to today and you will found the thems in it ok bye
