At Canadian tire they sell paint that comes in a pen type canister. has a ball point end and a brush. use the ball point end and just trace the scrtch with the paint pen. (exact match paint) this will hide the scratch well, but for best results. do a few coats. letting it dry between each time. which doesn't take long. and it will built the paint up flush to the original paint. when its dry. wash and wax over the surface.

At large auto parts stores, there is a wax product, color match , that works well. Also a reputable body shop should be able to buff out the scratch.
