NO SOUND RCA DLP 50" HAVE A BEAUTIFUL PICTURE, BUT NO SOUND. WAS WATCHING TV--SOUND WENT OUT. HELP!!!!!!!!

Picture and sound went out on my 50 inch tv

Have you checked the bulb? Sometimes they die impressively.

I would start by obviously checking all connections on the back of the tv. Sounds like maybe your Yellow RCA cable might have creeped out. Red and White RCAs are typically for sound and Yellow is for Video. Hope this helps

sounds like the main board maybe going out or is gone and the lamp may have went as well

Its sounds as if the lamp has exploded or the color wheel has. I will post a link to a site that has a trouble shooting manual on CD called RCA DLP Disc #1 which covers every DLP in the ATC line which is what your model is. They have it either in cd form or they will email it. Its a very good resource for fixing your own set.

All you can do is get it repaired or replace. Take the receipt (if you still have it) to the retailer you bought it from and ask about it. Alternative, phone Samsung (number is probably in the instruction manual that came with the TV, or look on their website) and ask if they can do anything about it.

i tried unplugging mine when the picture went out. i left it unplugged for about 10 to 15 minutes. still no picture

I have a very high pitched sound and when I move the tv it will stop for a second or two and then start again. The sound sometimes stops all together. But very high pitch sound.
