Question about Fisher and Paykel Refrigerators
F20 does not stand for 20 degrees Fahrenheit you pleb. It is a fault code. Your fridge probably beeps 20 time when you open the door and then stops. To fix is simple and takes 5 mins. Remove the top left hand hinge cover and you will find a broken wire. Just switch off the fridge and then connect the wires together with a auto12v type connecter or solder it and use shrink tube. Switch the fridge back on and hay presto, you can fill your fridge to the max 3 times over with the money you just saved. It will happen again as the wiring loom they fit is well and not flexible. Use silicone insulated wire from J-car or similar and replace from the plug and reconnect inside the door where the wires don\'t bend. Hope this helps you.

Had the same problem, found the breaks under the LHS cover and fixed. Tested the wire for continuity through the heater circuit and all good. Powered up and still get the F20 fault code??? any other areas i should look...
Hi all, Danny was spot on!! Popped the gray hinge cover off, and found the dodgy repair done by the F&P tech. last time we had this same problem. A couple of connectors and hey-presto!!! Thanks Danny!!
Replace the connector, if no broken wires obvious
Worked for us Thank you

SOURCE: Error code F32 for fisher
Got the same error here, called Fisher Paykel and the said it's an error related to the water line. They recommended running 3 L of water and see if code disappeared. If not, call service, they gave me a local company. Error code has disappeared, for now.

The F24 error show that the sensor in the ice maker is out of normal ranges. The usual fix is to replace the sensor in the ice maker. Also worth checking it to see is the water to the ice maker has frozen up in the value (switch the fridge off for a day). If the error still exists after that you will need to replace the ice maker sensor. You have a 2 year warranty on these parts so the fix should be free.

I called F&P customer care when my fridge did this, and apparently 11 beeps means the compressor has failed. I hope you got someone to fix your fridge! I decided to post a solution as I couldn't find one online anywhere!
