Resetting my MP3 player

Hi,Try Holding the Power Button for 20 sec for a Power Reset of the device Turn on the Player ,hold the Power button for 5 sec.

is it unlocked?

Find the reset button ( Probably on the back of the unit ) and press that to reset it. If it froze up, then resetting it should work to fix the problem.

If there is a reset button somewhere, push that! Typically, the reset button is very small, and you have to push it with a needle or pen.

hold down the power button and the down arrow..it may take a few muintes but it works :)

I Think You Should Try Starting Your Sansa In Recovey Mode ( Put The Sansa On Hold, Hold Down The Record Button While Turning The Sansa On) Then Plug It In To Your PC  Than Update Your Firmwire

your player might be locked. if it is then go to the side of the player and find a button called hold and flick it the other way.
