Problem with the drivers for hp laserjet p3005n

please download the driver form hp.com/support

If you had the printer installation CD start the installation again and you will be prompt during the installation if you want wireless/or usb connection.If you don't had the CD you need to download a driver at LINK.

This is HP's driver checker,it will check your system and make sure the correct driver is installed.

Mkae sure you download the correct drivers from www.hp.com . The cd that comes with the unit usually only has windows XP drivers on it.

If you have already installed the software - uninstall the printer first then uninstall the software - delete the folder it creates in the Program files folder for HP. (Do this before installing just the printer with the driver)

Some times when you download the software from the websites they don't always install the correct printer or driver type. Often just downloading the driver from the page will be the best option.
