Sanyo nvm-4370 video problem
This unit only supports MPEG4/H.264 file. The files format has to be .MP4. This unit cannot play all MPEG4/H.264 movie files. Most movies out there are converted using DivX or XviD codec so if you need to convert them to this supported format. It will mostly cost you time if you found a free converter.
If you don't have time. You might try my basic hack to add a 3rd party media player that will play almost everything out there and it also supports sub-titles. You can check out my video on YT @ http://www.youtube.com/KhaKev.
I was told by Sanyo that it needs to be sent in for repair if this message appears. Even if you have no video on your SD card the player should still load. My NVM-4730 is currently in for repair under warranty. I hope they will upgrade the maps while they have it!

HI, MY SANYO NVM4370 ALL OF A SUDDEN DOES NOT PLAY VIDEO, IT SAY NO VIDEO PLAYER INSTALLED?
I also have this error message "voplayer.exe..cannot find 'voPlayer' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all the required libraries are available." before the "no video player installed" shows up.
