SOURCE: unlock antitheft code for 2004 chevy impala
Radios in the 2004 Impalas are tied to the vehicle's VIN through the computer, so it may be somewhat difficult to get the code. However, the following steps should work:
1. Press and hold the buttons for presets 1 & 4 (may be 2 & 3). The word "SEC" should show.
2. Press the "MIN" button. "000" should be displayed.
3. Press the "MIN" button again to have the second two numbers appear. Record these numbers.
4. Press the "HR" button for the first two numbers to appear. Record these numbers. -- Note: Your number sequence should be the numbers from the "HR" button followed by the numbers from the "MIN" button.
5. Call 1-800-537-5140. This will get you to the GM unlock code automated line. Ignore the prompt and enter "202108#". Next enter your code (remember, HR then MIN) followed by the * key. For example, 1234*. A 3 or 4 digit code will be given to you. If you get a code such as 0532, drop the zero when entering it into your radio.
6. Enter the code into the radio IAW the applicable manual.

It sounds like your low headlight relay may not be working. not sure on this particular model, but most of them have relays for high and low beam headlamps. these are usually located in the power distribution panel under the hood. before replacing make sure you have power to them. if not check for wiring problem, if power is present try a different relay.

sounds like you have a wheel hub out causing the lights to come on. odds are it would be the front left. it's not sensing right causing the traction control to be turned on. or it could be a loose wire for that hub. gm cars has had a problem with these two issues.

Hi, the airbag flashing light
on your car is telling there is a problem. On some vehicles, the light
is flashing a two digit code. Your vehicle will require a scan tool for
the proper diagnosis (and not the one at Auto Zone---it needs to be
airbag system specific, like a good body shop or the dealer).
Here's a site that will explain everything you need to know about
airbag lights and resetting the system. Once you know the code, you can
most likely repair it yourself. There are fairly easy procedures that
most people are capable of repairing.
Airbagsolutions.com has the fault code charts to tell you what is
wrong! Although it's a pay site ($14.95/day), it's a lot cheaper than
going to the dealer.
