NokiA 5310 when i put in my usb card into the phone it works but not MUSIC it just upload the pictures help m please

To have more storage capacity for your phone, delete unimportant SMS in your INBOX, OUTBOX and SENT ITEMS. Delete also unimportant pictures, videos, music and ringtones. The phone memory is relatively small and is shared to all data and other files that are stored in the phone. By deleting some of these will free you some memory.

Alternatively, you can also put in a Micro SD memory card (Memory Card model depends to what your cell phone is compatible of, Micro SD is a sample) to your phone which will also increase its storage capacity. A Micro SD Card look something like the picture below.

Some phone have a limitation of memory reading capability, example the 3660 128mb of memory card works fine, but when you replaced it with 1 gig it cannot recognized it. Maybe your phone have 4gig capability only, read your manual or ask to your nearest nokia hub or dealer. Thanks

ur camera module is faulty. same problem here i solved it change the camera module(hardware)

May be your cell have virus or your phone operating system is corrupt. Simply format your memory card and cell and problem still continues than go to nokia care they will reinstall your phone operating system.

Hey, try taking off your cell battery, then your sim card. I have T-mobile nokia xpress v3.7
so i took out the battery cell off
then simcard
remove any meomry cards
then put the battery back on, only the battery
turn it back on
if your sending any messages, pictures or anything, erase them uhh i did this cuz it might hve blocked the signal...
but yea, put the sim card back on

1. take out the memory card and put into card reader. it will then show on your computer when you connect via usb. Copy the songs there from your computer.
2. another option is to load nokia softare on your phone, then connect phone to computer via usb and use the software to copy songs from pc to phone

The e-mail solution posted by Nokia below to unlock the media licence keys after firmware update worked and is thus (Note all your phone music will be wiped so will need to upload again from your PC):

1. Connect your phone to Nokia PC Suite in "PC Suite" mode. Launch PC Suite.
2. Use PC Suite Content Copier to back up the contents of the memory card onto the PC.
3. Disconnect the phone and format the memory card:

Menu > Gallery > (the memory card folder) > Options > Format memory card > Yes.

4. Re-connect your phone to PC Suite and restore the backed up data to the memory card.

Hi, I have a Locked 5310 with T-Mobile, eventhough I have unlocked instructions from them, it still Locked.
Any suggestion?
