I have a RCA D61W20 chassis ITC222, I had the same problem and my repair guy found out the blue bulb was the main problem, along with replacing some transisters on one of the power boards, He also had to adjust the service convergence (not auto convergence). Works great now!
On the Deflection board CK 3 capacitors cp150,cp114,cp120 If cp150 is puffed up on top it is bad 2200uf 16v /other 2 caps are 220uf 35v.Also resolder all pinns on FBT
you will need a new flyback number 259296 and also a new cp150 which is a 2200uf 25V radial capacitor. You can get replacements at the following link and they provide free installation instructions. http://servicemanuals.vstore.ca/
