Yes, it's possible to reload a disposable camera. You can watch an instructional video on how to go about it here: http://www.lomography.com/magazine/tipster/2009/04/16/how-to-reload-a-used-disposable-camera
Now a days we have all these awesome cameras and computer programs that can edit the photos into some thing new and cool. Even from my cell phone I can edit a photo on the spot and create a cool image, but did you know that you can do these same effects with a regular old disposable camera?
Making 3D pictures You can easily create 3D images with your disposable cameras. The way that 3d works is by taking two pictures of the same thing from slightly different angles. So if you take two disposable cameras and tape them together one upside down and one right side up. You can use a few of the methods on this site to view your 3D images.
Color filters You can get some really cool color effects when you hold a flash filter up infront of the flash. If you want to get really creative you can use wax paper or other clear colorful wrapping plastics to get some interesting effects.
Damage the lens
Damaging the lens can do some really cool stuff. Take a screw driver or piece of steel wool and scratch the edges of the lens. Doing this will give you an awesome framed look and there are so many options for things to do. Even just flipping the lens inside out will give you a different picture.
Disposable cameras may seem like something from the past, but with these tips you can make some really cool artwork. There is really no limit to the effects that you can get from playing with a disposable camera and best of all they don't require you to learn a new photo editing software!
The 3D capability should be ready to go if you bought it new. Put on the special 3D glasses that came with it, and press the soft-touch button labeled "3D" near the LCD screen between the speakers... Don't forget to but the batteries in the glasses (or charge them if permanent), and turn them on...
Does it take standard disposable batteries or a rechargeable pack? If the first, check they are inserted correctly as per the illustration in the battery compartment or instruction manual section on inserting batteries. If the second type, recharge the pack. If problem continues check Troubleshooting section of manual or online at Samsung's website.

There is no way this site can help with such an involved and complex tutorial that you need. You must find a real live person in your area who can work with you.
My camera did the same. I had the same brand. What I had to do was buy rechargable batteries. Rayovac[spelling] or Energizer as seemed to be the cheapest and the best. Do not use disposable batteries in these cameras if you can inform anyone else. It will do the same after awhile if they have used it, or if you use rechargable ones, dont go back to disposable ones. Just, disposable ones = ** lol
