According to the manufacturer's site, there are no plans to develop drivers for that product:

But certainly check your DirectX software, since all video applications, including webcams, use DirectX for video processing. Replaced hard drive and installed WIN98. Device Manager indicates all PCI drivers are gone?

Click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll through all of your devices

or for windows 7 click start right click on computer select properties in the left pane device manager scroll through all of your devices.

If you see a yellow question or exclamation mark ? ! or a red X you will need to update the drivers for this device right click select update driver/reinstall driver software.

If you can see your usb device but its not working scroll to Ports(Com&Ltd) right click to update driver

If you computer came with a motherboard disk the drivers could be on it

or you might have to download them

Rather doing a driver hunt which can take hours.

This will automatically search for and find the correct driver you will have to update every driver individually once you update you might be asked whether you want to restart or make a system restore point.

Click no to both of these then continue updating each driver free then restart once all of the drivers have been updated.

Description: Windows detected a new device attached to your computer but could not find the driver software it needs to make the device usable. Each device manufacturer typically includes driver software...

if you do not have the disk that came with the new device, you can download it for free. just go to the manufacturer's website, locate the driver for your operating system and download it and run it. J.

First try the manufacturer of your computer. However, there are many makers that didn't bother with pre-Vista drivers.

PCI Problem

Hi, all the originally installed drivers for Windows XP are available on the following link:
http://support.vaio.sony.eu/computing/vaio/downloads/preinstalled/index.aspx?l=en_GB&m=VGN-FS215E

Please check the updates section also.
Regarding the PCI device, please try the Wireless driver first. If you install the drivers available one by one it wouldnt do any harm and I am sure it will solve the problem.
