HP 4350 is not being seen by my computer via USB

HP iPAQ week, wow.

let me guess , hp has no support now in this old thing and you need help.question 1: why use this thing,question 2, how much will you spend on this worthless broken thing? or buy parts, or batteries for it or 3 how much labor on such and old thing is warranted.?

2005 new, 12 years old, is new? really, and is no longer supported by HP, after 10 years.

my guess is the battery is toast,
never seen any battery last 12 years, ever.
not by a mile.
this thing has no value now.
if its LOVED, (why) then buy 2 and learn to fix them.
be like only on earth wanting to...
why not get a tablet.? modern.

iPAQ hp 4300 palmtop broken screen

remove battery for 6 hr and reinstal and then hard reset.

seems like you have a problem with your charger.happened to me too.did you try charging the ipaq via the usb cable on your computer?

Hey :), id be happy to help. You see, I too have a Ipaq except I had Ipaq 4350. Now, I too had the same problem you are having. The reason why you can't pass the align screen step is because somehow you have damaged your screen. And I have come to the conclusion that HP Ipaq's screen is extremely sensitive, ( because I never did anything that bad to my screen for it to be damaged) soo I'd recommend for you to call HP and see if they can repair your problem or give you another one. Hello :-) I have a Ipaq 4350 and the same thing happened to me. one day I hard reseted it and when it came to the point when it asked me to align the screen it froze and wouldn't move at all. I found out that it was screen that got damaged somehow. And I think your screen is damaged too. I'd recommend calling HP. 

hello :-) i just talked to another person who was having the same problem as you. And guess what?? the same problem happened to me on my IPAQ 4350. It turned out when I would hard reset my IPAQ it asked me to align the screen but it wouldn't move and it would freeze and not let me pass . But I later found out that my screen was damaged and I got a new touch screen installed and my IPAQ works perfect :-). I would recommend for you to do the same and call HP and see if they could install it for you. Thanks :-}
